Our mission every day is to deliver to hundreds of customers across the country, and make sure that you deserve the most quality levels of responsiveness at any times. At this time we only ship within the United States.
Shipping

- Shipping rates and delivery time will depend on package weight and delivery address. (calculated at checkout)
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking will be sent to email on file once label has been printed. You may have to wait a day or two for mail carrier's website to update with shipping details.
- Once placed, you may not change, cancel, or alter your order.
- If your package is received damaged or you are unhappy with your order, please email info@pompandsway.com including photos of damaged packaging.
- Shipping cost is never refunded.
- If a return is approved, customer must pay return shipping.
Local Delivery
Local delivery within 50 miles of Seattle. Delivery will be processed within 1-3 business days if this option is selected.
